Ribbed High-Speed Rigid Door
A turbine high-speed door with reinforcementpanels is designed for high-frequency useand large openings. Its turbine-guided systemenables non-contact, high-speed operation,reducing wear and extending service life.Reinforced with high-strength stiffeners, itoffers excellent wind resistance and structuralstability. With insulated filling, it ensures goodsealing and energy efficiency. Equipped withintelligent controls and safety features, it runsfast, smoothly, and reliably, ideal for industrialpla

The standard thickness of the door panel is 40 + 50 MM, withindustrial polyurethane foam added in the middle.The thickness of the painted steel plate is 0.35 MM, with adiameter of 250 MM and an effective distance of 225 MM.

The door panel is 40mm thick and protrudes 5 m outward,It can withstand a hurricane of category 12

Door curtain is fission assembly structure: hand door plank of color, sound bearing hinge, polyurethane guide wheel and so on several parts:
(1) thermal insulation door plank standard thickness of 40 + 50 mm, middle polyurethane foam filling processing industry, wall thickness of 0.35 mm, 250 mm in diameter, surface after anodic oxidation of organic coloring in the sciences, the wind strength can be up to 12 level according to the international standard color card color;
(2)the hinge bearing way design make the door curtain joint don't stress, don't contact between door plank, after a long period of time also can keep the smoothness;
(3)the hydrodynamic runtime by polyurethane material guide wheel in aluminium alloy sliding track, running at a high speed.
