The stainless steel anti-collision free door (also known as the stainless steel passage door) is a highly efficient protective door specially designed for high-frequency passage scenarios such as industry, cold chain, and warehousing. The window and the door panel are on the same plane, presenting a beautiful appearance. It also supports customized sizes as needed. There are also EPDM window frames paired with acrylic soft strip Windows, which can be flexibly adjusted in size according to customer needs to meet the demands of various scenarios.

The sealing and opening and closing systems are equally excellent. The door body is surrounded by low-temperature resistant sealing materials (TPU or rubber), which can maintain high elasticity and tear resistance in a low-temperature environment of -40 ℃, effectively blocking the exchange of cold and heat, and is suitable for low-temperature scenarios such as cold storage. The independently developed 304 stainless steel hinge has remained undamaged after over 50,000 repeated on-off tests, ensuring long-term stable use. The unique off-axis design enables the door leaf to tilt along the door axis. It automatically returns to its original position by utilizing the force component in the opposite direction of opening the door, eliminating the need for manual closing or electric drive. This significantly enhances the passage efficiency, allowing forklifts and personnel to pass without having to stop and wait.
