Special double-axis design:Based on the ordinary cold storage rapid door, it is modified into a double-roller type, achieving excellent heat insulation effect and stability. The cold resistance temperature is -35℃, and the cold resistance temperature can be upgraded to a lower level according to customer requirements.
Selected materials:The outer track is made of 304 stainless steel, and the inner track is made of high-molecular wear-resistant material. It operates smoothly and noiselessly, and is equipped with a heating function inside the track. There is no need to worry about the condensation water freezing the door curtain.
Advanced high sealing performance:Reduces energy loss to achieve better energy-saving effects. The door curtain is precisely combined with the track to eliminate gaps and seal the air circulation. In addition, an infrared safety protection system has been installed. When the door is in operation and there are objects or people beneath it, the door will automatically rise in the right direction, providing safety protection.
Core technology:The specially designed three-layer door curtain ensures the energy-saving efficiency of the cold storage door. The material of the door curtain is PVC coated fabric, with a thickness of 0.85MM, double-layer cold-resistant mesh fabric, a 20MM insulation layer in the middle, and a total thickness of 22MM. It does not accumulate dust and is easy to clean. The bottom of the door has enhanced its sealing performance, and the soft bottom edge at the bottom can be completely sealed. Each high-speed door is equipped with photoelectric protection and wireless anti-pinch function at the bottom.
Anti-freezing and heating:Anti-freezing and heating cables are installed in the sliding rails on both sides of the cold storage door, and insulation devices are installed in the control box, completely eliminating the problem of ice formation in the tracks and greatly extending the service life of the door.
